I'm surprised Liverpool didn't forward plan for that eventuality by knocking the rest of the houses down. Cant think what the objection would be apart from a 💩 transport network. -

Location, location, location though. Give me an iconic Liverpool waterfront stadium over a larger/generic inland construction every day of the week. You can't put a price on the exposure this stadium will bring, the fact we've got Euro's games...
