I'm hopeful Moyes will unearth talent that are relative unknowns or playing lower leagues and turn them into high profile players. Lescott, Baines, Peinaar, Cahill, Jags all perfect examples of that. In recent times, clubs who have bought players from the championship haven't done too badly...
