Strikers are always going to be hard to find without limitless funds so you have to gamble and hope the player you sign adapts to the way you play. Its not like there's many out and out strikers nowadays as the role of the forward has changed...

Not sure how you can have a retrospective 2nd punishment. You either apply punishment after a breach (the points deductions) or apply it to before/during but to do both is double counting. In the 2021-2022 season, there was no actual breach...
