they answered me on August 1th: "The facilities mentioned in your email will be available for the Brighton game, and more information surrounding them will be released in due course."

Yes, the resale and the transfer portal are not ready yet...they said, it will be available in the "next few days" ... I'm waiting as well, but the match will be next week!
