I've checked the official site and there's no information on that yet. They generally go on sale 2 to 3 weeks before the game, so you should check again nearer the end of November.

It will be difficult to get a ticket in the Everton section, Nik - the demand is so high that they sell out fast, and the first ones always go to people who can provide proof that they've been to other matches (such as the recent one in the Ukraine). I don't think they'll go on general sale.
