Nobody is every being punished again for PSR. This has been very obvious for some time. They're not dealing with City as they're trying to find a way to not punish them.

Can’t help but think using us as a stepping stone would have benefited him more in the long run. But a 8 year contract of £100k a week probaly waiting for him. Shame.
