Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain. It's an autobiographical account of his life upto 2000 and how he ended up as a chef. But, it is the antithesis of the celebrity cook stuff that followed in it's wake. It's not pretty and to be honest you won't look at a restaurant then same way again...

Yeah, but that's more of a documentary than a film. Days of Thunder was another, as formulaic as it is, it's still pretty decent.

Just watching Ford Vs Ferrari on Film4 and it's got me thinking, does motor sport have the best movies? We've had F1, Ford Vs Ferrari and Rush a few years back. Can't think of any other sport thats delivered that quality. Baseball maybe?
