If you go back and look at the drone videos that are 3 months apart, you’ll see just how much of the stadium could be built in that amount of time. To ‘Evertonise’ it will take absolutely no time at all. Not to worry.

I mean, it's obvious it'll have Everton branding all over it, it just wasn't in LoR's remit! Give it two months and it'll look like Everton's stadium.
