Was amazing to see blue shirts all over town yesterday and even quite a few today, when they play there everywhere from about 2 days before, then you don’t see any till next time
They hate Everton more than any football club on this planet.

I walked through town about 8 pm was funny seeing the amount of Everton das in and around castle street looking lost , also the bar formally known as jurgens on the strand now proudly has Everton flags waving outside sign of the times?
Exactly this. I said something similar in another thread. The big takeaway from yesterday for me was that we own the city from Albert Dock to Bramley Moore Dock and that’s the heartland of historic Liverpool.
The city is ours.
Yesterday was brilliant, the stadium and atmosphere amazing. Liverpool becoming Toffee Town
But I couldn’t stop thinking about the kite flyers and small boats. Poor sods

It was my first time at the new place as I purposely never went to the test events as wanted to wait for the real thing. Was absolutely blown away by the stadium, it's just perfect.
