Wouldn't it be the last year of Grealish's contract, plus 30 years old and we should surely be taking into account our loan fee. Maybe £30m sounds a lot fairer to me, only for us like.

Think we've got plenty that will develop from an age - Alcaraz, Barry, Chermiti, Ndiaye, Garner, Branthwaite, JOB - and we'll always get youth in. But you need quality and impact too. Its never about the age for me, its about the type and quality.

Think thats apparently negotiable based on what the player wants. Its a price they've put on if he rips it up and other clubs want to come in next season
