Because I’m old & stupid I honestly have no idea what the first bit meant but as regards this I’ve got a new/old phone to install my ticket on as have most of my mates . Just to manage going the game or handing tickets over to others

I literally said this to someone earlier. Surely not possible to just link your account to an actual phone rather than just login to your account on any phone. Worst case im just gonna lash it on my spare phone and give the phone to whoever uses...

I take it there is no option at Everton to get a physical season card?. We are digital tickets too but if you go down Ticket office and pester them saying you're either crap at tech or literally have no phone. They do give you a physical card.

Yeah I emailed them yesterday. Really can't be bothered to get a second phone just to go to the game.

Worth contacting the club. There might be a chance of them creating a season ticket card for odd situations like this, would be cheaper for you than buying a new phone. You don't ask, you don't get.

I know there might have been a problem with tickets being sold on at much higher than face value, but it seems a bit harsh to have a solution that makes it such a pain in the backside for honest lids to get access to the game.

Beware of buying a cheap phone as many of them , even new models , don't have NFC . Check under connectivity first to see if it's installed . If not it won't scan at the turnstile.
