A player that make other players worse, same with Doucoure. We have to move on from them because it's not good squad depth. Closing the gap between our bench and first team is the biggest job, and I'd rather look elsewhere than whatever he's...

Agreed. . I'd rather buy a young centre half who may be crap than keep an ageing one that we know is crap. Better still let's buy a young centre back who may even turn out to be decent. 😂

I would rather a 20 year old be playing every week than a 33 year old who is no better than them.

Definitely this. If (Heaven forbid) we extended Keane's contract, he's probably on about £70,000 a week and he'd want a 2 year deal. Better use can be made of that money.

keane really needs to leave one decent game can’t erase all that came before. remember city? remember early in the season, remember the previous 8 years? i know we can’t lose every player but he has to be one of them we should be looking to...

Woodison they called it for years. Now they think it's a national treasure. You can smell the fear that Everton might actually grow for the first time in 40 years by moving to a modern stadium. Far easier to relegate us to the past when we play...

jonnyg replied to the thread 2024/25 Iliman Ndiaye.
Noticed that. We play it to Harrison every chance we get now, but without O'Brien overlapping he's pretty ineffective. Moyes wanted us more solid when we played the top 6 + Tarkowski's injury, but I say this change was a big factor behind our...

Alcaraz and Ndiaye should be two of the first names on the team sheet every week, it's nice to have two quick tidy inventive players in the attack. Hopefully, the days of having a big athlete with limited football ability as second striker will...

Loved how he demonstrated his lack of ability to keep track of the score when he celebrated his goal.

I know, right? "Immense" [shudder]. Don't you dare, Moyes.

Am just waiting for that phone alert to come through with *Michael Keane signs 1 year extension* and that vacant look on his face as he signs the contract.

….if you look at Mykolenko he does just that but his opponent shifted further to the right so the arm came out as he changed position. I give up on knowing what is and what isn’t, I thought VAR would help define rules but it’s as vague as ever...
