It's AI but it's mine because I'm directing it and creating versions and variations. In Midjourney the creator owns the commercial rights. So no I didn't paint it or illustrate it but each creation is unique. I know for some people it's not really art but it is for me because it didn't exist...

Using Midjourney. The scary part is it's going to get better by orders of magnitude. I've found it's great with landscapes, cityscapes and animals. People are very hit and miss.

It absolutely will. I've already seen it in marketing. I'm using another AI tool to help me write product descriptions and social media posts and it's pretty darn good already. So a lot of copywriters might need to develop other skills.

I see it as an aid to my creativity. I can see the illustrators on fivver being freaked out. But a true graphic designer does way more than illustrate things. Besides they could use it as a starting point and add to it, which would've huge time saver. I guess I don't really understand who thinks...

I do graphic design and I think it's a godsend. I'm not sneering at them, but one look at history tells you that you need to adjust to technology and find ways to make it work for your career. I'm not unsympathetic but this train has left the station. Social Media campaigns aren't going to stop it.

If we'retalking about traditional artists who paint for profit, I'not sure that's ever been a thriving career choice. Thing "starving artist". As for Illustrators, I think there will still be a place for very talented people. But does that ability need to be limited to the people who went to art...
