The group stages have really lost interest because of the 24 teams only 8 of them actually get eliminated. So the whole group stage almost seems like a pointless warm up

Cant believe some getting onto Moyes for that result. We were depleted and gave a good go of it and were unlucky perhaps not to get a penalty. We played worse when rohl and dibling came on and couldnt even get the ball so that answers why he...

To be honest the gameplan was the only real chance we had of getting something with our weakened team. We were in the game until the last minute which was a success really. Had we changed up it could have been like the Newcastle game and ended badly.

Lets be honest it wasnt as clear cut as the handball but easily could have been given

I think spurs have been done a favour going to 10. This game is there for them on the break and Liverpool will get frustrated

Dibling showed glimpses but you still feel he doesnt really know what hes going to do with the ball half the time

Chelsea have only won 3 of 7 at home this season, yet we have been so easy to score against. They have been clinical and incisive to be fair and deserve to be 2 nil up on that basis. But its more crap at Stamford Bridge for us.

I would hardly say Maresca is doing better than him comparatively. He should be doing much better with the money he’s spent. See also Amorim tbh.

Im made up with how well moyes i doing. We are certainly ahead of schedule considering what our expectations should be. There hasnt been a single manager since Moyes left who has been able to get such a tune out of the team. With the exception of...

Early 90s i was very young like 5. Remember my dad watching Everton and being that age I had no interest at all. I seem to just remember a particular moment where everton hit the bar in a match, or my dad saying the phrase 'go on son.'
