Yeah that's a concern. Looked at a Specialized Allez the other day.

In NYC- Queens. Probably mostly trips to parks or around the city-- maybe to Jones Beach from LIC or up north to Westchester.

Anyone here ride? Thinking of getting a Road bike or Gravel bike. Tested out a Specialized Allez two days ago It's been ages since I rode so a lot of the new features like disc brakes and drop bars were new to me. Any advice on here for me?
