I thought he was really poor. A far cry from some of his county performances. He just consistently failed to find a good line. He really should've been much more of a threat out of the rough.
The point being that there's clearly a different approach to our transfer window and more to do than just make signings.
As I've said, we have an entirely new executive team who are leading this transfer window amd we clearly have a different set of priorities.

You don't think an entirely new ownership, with an entirely different model of operating will want to make changes?
It's a billion pound investment. They will want to run things their way.

Wages, profile, contract length, age, pathway between the different tiers, size of the squad, data quality, position priorities, training schedule, who has responsibility for each part of footballing activities for the first team...
