Apparently luxury tax is really effective in NBA. Not only do you get fines but the fines go directly to competitors who'll reap benefits. A double blow.
Well it's going backwards in terms of business, they're losing subscriptions and overall revenue. Not surprising because professional sport is part of entertainment at the end of the day. After a while people get bored and look for new sources of entertainment.
I think Spurs made a poor decision hiring Nuno, he's very similar to Benitez who's about low block, counter attacks. I could see that working at Everton as I doubt most of the league fears us, I don't see that working at Spurs who are expected to win most games.
Not surprising if true. Benitez is a counter attacking coach, James wouldn't be the best fit as he's not great defensively and doesn't have lots of pace. Club is also removing a rumored big earner off the books.
