I was curious and have found this from one of the test events. If 8 i under the West stand, 11 will be the Central turnstiles in the south and obviously 13 is shown. You should be able to count back on that and find your number

The issue with the download of tickets is an API exception, basically too many people at once. Its a Google API limitation as well, nothing to do with the club.
