Not so much...mainly because it's one of the BIG clubs that already had [and still has] so much worldwide acclaim, they didn't have that "underdog" patina I like in my sporting teams. Although I should add, I did support MU over the other Big Clubs in the EPL while TH was with the Red Devils.
