I think you’d have to see the evidence really , if you’re building the case on their failure to remove letby then I’d assume her ‘guilt ‘ would be a major plank of the prosecution case . That isn’t to say that stuff that comes wouldn’t assist her...
Imo it also muddies the waters around the strength of her convictions, essentially the management team may well have been negligent in this, so what else were they capable (or incapable) of…..

So reads like it’s about their inaction in allowing the circumstances around Letby’s convictions to occur or go unchallenged…… no effect on her convictions at present.
