I usually park in Walton Hall Avenue outside the Sports Centre (and Everton Women’s ground). Need to be there early (by about 1230) but good for getting away to the M57 and then M62?
I think it’s all a bit murky. The Times report suggests that the inheritors of the shareholding of our former chairman have potentially lost £5 million. That said somewhere else I read that the last purchase by Moshiri from our former chairman had been at a price of around £8500 per share and...
I think we just need to know a little more really about what is the long term intention in respect if the small shareholders? I say that as a one share owner who purchased it 17 years ago as sentimental rather than an investment? There was a 5% discount on Season Tickets for shareholders up...
I remember it being initially reported that he had a 7 year contract at United but there was some sort of break clause meaning he only got paid off for less than two years?
Sam Allardyce got an 18 month contract but I think all parties probably acknowledged at the outset that it was only a six month expectation? The situation is a bit like when Sir Alex Ferguson announced his retirement at the end if that season the players stopped being in fear of him?

There must some end date to any agreement and as DA’s existing contract expired on 30 June 2024 then it can’t be extended as such?
If say DA signed a one year contact with Roma and was there for a year then surely if we signed him after that then Spurs couldn’t insist on us paying them anything?
Actually for anyone interested Rob Sawyer wrote a great biography of Harry Catterick. It’s currently available on Kindle for only £2.99. I read it many years ago and it’s well worth a look.
This is par for the course with the Premier League and their Judas 6 teams. Everything shrouded in secrecy just like when the Judas 6 were negotiating to set up the European Super League
