That’s a pretty ridiculous way of thinking. Ndaiye was deemed not good enough by Marseille after only a season. I guess we shouldn’t have bothered with him. Mina was very good for the most part whenever he was on the pitch. His issue was being fit enough to be on it.

Villa have been pretty embarrassing with all the throwing themselves round on the floor constantly.

I’d probably keep Patterson at right back for a few games in order to keep the JOB-Tarkowski partnership which we look much stronger with. A right back in the transfer window is an absolute must. Must have been saying that for about 10 windows though so who knows whenever we will get one.

Did ok considering he has barely played in about 9 months. Anyone saying otherwise has an agenda.

He’s certainly shown more than McNeil and should start over him in future based on that outing.

Massive chance for him and he’s blown it. Got to be starting Alcaraz and KDH further back going forwards.

Wonder what his hourly rate is these days. Even for a footballer it must be obscene.

Needs to use his subs well in the second half because we will undoubtedly tire. Done very well all things considering though.

Decent for the most part tonight but he remains an utter clown when it comes to sticking his arms out in the box. That was much more of a penalty than the two we’ve had given against us this season.

I wouldn’t have had a grudge if he hadn’t have acted like such a bellend in his last 6 months. I agree that he did a decent enough job in the first 18 months but the last 6 months were so bad that he lost any credit in the bank for me.

He got a tune out of us originally with a much worse squad. I’m sure he’ll drain the life out of the team over the next year though.

I wish we’d just signed a right back and played JOB at centre back. Keane hasn’t been his usual disastrous self this season I’ll admit but having two slow centre backs limits us I feel. I just find it galling that 9 years of being largely terrible was rewarded with a new contract.
