I don't think you'll be able to find hospitality on a ad-hoc basis with complimentary drink at any Premier League ground for £230-£300. £300-£500, lower end midweek/less priority games i wouldn't disagree with.

I don't think so - not on those packages with complimentary bars etc. Hospitality at Everton/Goodison isn't that cheap. Prices do flex, and quickly on the likes of SeatUnique but think demand this season will dictate they stay high.
