There's not going to be a court case. It's a minor offense that can be settled with the District Attorney. It will only go to court if Fer turns down the settlement offer.

This is a **** up really. Fer had surgery on his meniscus back in september, it was a recent injury. You'd think they'd be at least somewhat informed about that, enough to be hesitant about announcing that deal before a proper medical is done.
