Great setup as typical today. Didnt change things last 20mins or so when it could have made a difference. Always been Moyes weakness.

Moyes needs to make changes as a prerequisite not as an afterthought

Didn't try and win it enough: either Alcaraz and Dibling - or both - should have been on the field. Only thing of value I saw Moyes do was recognise that Villa were winning the MF battle and threw Rohl on.

It's a testament to the improved strength of the squad, but moyesy can't have dibling and alcaraz twiddling their thumbs on the bench when nil nil at home with 15-20 to go

Typical Dutch game. We should have been comfortably ahead but we fail to take our chances. And ofcourse Poland scores a screamer. Koeman quite bad btw. Without Frimpong we were toothless on the right. Simons is not a right winger. Bummer...

They spent 150 million and none of it was on overpriced crap. And kept Branthwaite. Huge win.

I have given it a 9 the reason being we got rid of Young, Doucoure DCL Harrison Lindstrom. we are now watching Grealish Dewsbury Hall, Dibling, That is a massive and I mean massive upgrade

There are a lot of fond memories of some great goals from that season. I think this year we'll make similar memories. Just imagine if we had someone with Lukaku's ability leading the line.

How long has it been since Everton has had two or more attacking midfielder flair-type players in the side? Maybe 2009 when both Pienaar and Arteta were in their pomp? We've had a few semi decent players in the 15 years since then—a Manuel...

Couple of exciting days coming up. Would be great to get some others in but it already looked really nice to see a bench with Alcaraz, Dibling, Barry, McNeil and a hot prospect like Harrison Armstrong. We have options! Not too shabby.
