I doubt Moyes was throwing shade. Probably meant more about how important the club is to this town and around the world. That it’s not just Roma. We’re an original member and that we need to be great again.

I think he genuinely cares more about the future of this club than his job, which he knows is short-term.

Done a fantastic job overall since coming in. Huge decisions and summer ahead now for him and the new staff. Will they be brave enough to let Doucoure and Keane leave? Will they sign Alcaraz? Will he avoid splurging £25m on Soucek? I hope so.
