David Lawrence was a fantastic bowler for Gloucs and England. He was terribly underrated at International level and his horrible injury finished his career. A good player and a very good man. RIP and thank you.

I think it illustrates just how good the titles side was that he operated so much as a sub. I’m delighted you said it’s Bobby mimms as that’s been massively troubling my brain this morning . Obviously I knew richio had but I spent a troubling...

I think we’ll need to use all of our loans and as many frees as possible just because of the sheer number of players we need to fill out the squad. I still think we’ll spend decent money on 2-3 players that will go straight into the first team...

Consider we got 1to 11 and they got 12-22 - they must have had a player the first no 12 who was a forward named Brock - it ran backwards to the keeper Langford who was no 22.....

…yep, he had some career after winning the title with us. He also did so with Arsenal. Terrific player. The other one, which I picked up from his interview is Bobby Mimms. Beyond those two, I’m not sure any player has won the title with us...
