He's decent, he was in a **** rs team last year. Can't think of one good player for them last season. For Blackpool he was brilliant, possibly the best player in the pl for the first half of the season. Good signing.

I agree with you mate, but I can think of at least 10 worst signings dm has made. I honestly thought we looked like a better team with beckford on the pitch, at the end of the day he scored goals when given chance.

Why beckford ? Made money on him. Never really did anything wrong IMO, always looked good when coming off the bench.

I'd take Owen anyday, don't think his wage would be to high either. Wouldn't have Doyle, just an headless chicken.

Not a type of player we want to be buying IMO. I'd like to see some more cover in the centre midfield area, personally I think Doyle is gash.
