I just heard Oguzhan Ozyakup (BesiktasFc) (Cdm,CM,Cam) is in the target of Everton. Oguzhan is skillfull player, absulete vision, quick thinker, tiki taka style player. If we offer Cenk for 27mil,Oguzhan would cost way more the that. ☺
