Paul Lake's book is very good, treated very badly by Swales regarding his career ending knee injury. Howard Kendall comes across very well.

The boat is slowly sinking in The Reef, so all bar one swim in the direction of a reef that's a fair way off, good film and based on a true story (as ever). Not sure if I've seen open water 2, will have a look cheers.

Open water would be my pick, unbearably tense at times, The Reef was another good one. Nothing frightens me like a shark film!

Incredible achievement, scared me just watching him. 'Touching the void' is some story and well worth watching too if you haven't seen it.

Fair point about losing Kompany, and no doubt whatsoever that losing Laporte for so long as well was disastrous for City. But it's worth a mention that Citys joke defence last season conceded only 2 more league goals than what I'm led to believe is the greatest back 4 we've ever seen.
