This is also the overflow car park for the Titanic Hotel so I guess you need to book on matchdays. Also it's difficult to get out after the match ,from what I've seen.

I miss the walk up to Goodison. BMD is infinitely better, but those narrow streets, the Ale houses on route, it's not the same (yet).
