I realised when my mum used them years ago, that Saga were not good value with anything. They just advertise to old folks and so old folks feel "safe" with them. But like all British institutions they seem to adopt the "let's see what we can...

I like my job but losing any fear and any sense of authority the the employer has over me was definitely the best thing I ever did. You’re getting what you’re getting with me and if you don’t like it then I don’t actually care.
