Decent defender but his injury record is definitely a concern. Pretty much every season and there is no reason to believe that his time at Everton would be any different. Probably worse given our luck with injuries. I would look elsewhere tbh.
In fairness to him he came back in after the injury and started their final 7 games, so that, alongside a rigid medical, should be enough for the club to assess whether a recurrence of the injury is likely.
