That's the point. They will not question if they are not pushed to. That's where the other clubs come in. They need an explanation as United got away with it last year. They were fined by E.U.F.A. for breaching F.F.P. This is a breach of Premier League rules but no action was taken. It stinks!

They will as they will not be required to give any evidence of their so called exemptions. The club MUST raise it at the next PL meeting and demand that a full report is given to the meeting of what exemptions they claim and the evidence to support it. Don't hold your breath.

You need to be asking what the club are going to do about it? Liverpool got a 50 million allowance for a stadium that never was and now United. It stinks. It needs an investigation as to who at the P. L. authorised it without the other clubs knowledge. To give an allowance their must be evidence...
