As soon as a team scores against us we fall to pieces I don't know if that's the managers fault or the players. We don't seem to have any leaders in the team when things go bad, maybe Dyche doesn't like having strong characters around to challenge him.

I would love to see someone exciting like Biesla if we get rid of Dyche but lets be honest it's going to be Moyes who replaces him
