Respect the job he did last season. Not so enamoured by the way he carried himself.

For me it's a really disappointing appointment. Backwards thinking and short sighted.

He's raw, as you'd expect coming from NL, but there is definitely something there - you can tell he has ability. He needs a run of consistent games, which he's not really getting.

This will probably be my last visit to Goodison and as fate would have it, against my hometown team. Despite everything going on with the way Dyche has us playing, I'm still really looking forward to this.
