Yeah, I've probably given him stick in the past, I'll probably give him stick again in the future if he referees another Everton match - he'll expect nothing less - but I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Hope he makes a full recovery soon

2 should be on Everton ticket type paper, they're just proof of purchase & that, keep them for your records. Another will be the match ticket detailing your seat etc Hope that helps

Well in We were watching Reading vs Villa in the boozer before the match yesterday & at half time my mate phoned his bookies & put £5 on 2-2 & £5 on 3-2 to Villa, think he got 16/1 for 3-2
