He's not doing too good with his 2 other stadium jobs at the minute. Cincinnati Stadium that he designed has been taken over by Populous. BMD lead designer Xan Young left Meis to join Populous last year. AS Roma Stadium will never get built by the looks of it. He's betting big on BMD.
Its already 2 years late. Elstone originally said BMD would be open 2021/22 season. Now it's projected for 2023/24. That's before PP or any objections or call-ins or finance problems.
You would think with the drawn-out process being undertaken to get it to planning, that somebody at the club wanted it to go tits up! Why spend money on Goodison if we are really intent on leaving.
