Not sure there’s specifically an age limit, although this doesn’t state it for the sensory room, the quite rooms are for children and adults.

Sensory rooms are generally for special needs children. They tend to be small in size. You might get siblings who don't have any needs also though, as obviously parents need to be with all their kids in one place.
Only asking because my nan insists on going to lime st for the soccer bus as she did with goodison.
I don't go with her but god help those facists if they bump into her.
