I think they will open the club shop in the next week or so, but they dont want people wandering around the stadium, there is still work going on. At the south side of the stadium there is something being put on the glass section on other sides...

It's certainly the one-way vehicular route to the car park etc but I'm sure it is meant to be closed to traffic after a certain time and opened to supporters. Pretty sure the North Stand exits onto it also for full time.
