Best usage for the hydraulic tower is a pub like The Pumphouse at the Albert Dock. Call it The Engine Room, have pictures of Reid, Ball, Bracewell, Kendall, Gueye :D etc. As ever Everton missed a trick.

Without truly knowing, I suspect that's probably a glib excuse on Spur's behalf for them not getting the deal that Levy feels they deserve.

Very possibly, however they did win a cup and are in the CL, so i would take that level of failure.
