Good post mate. I think that youth will be given more time in the team and I'm more excited than I have been in the past few years at least. Watching Barkley today, it really is shocking that he wasn't given any more time last season. His decision making isn't always the best but that comes with...
Good article mate. The Wigan players that we're linked with would improve our squad imo and that's what it's all about- it's a squad game these days, especially if we're looking to win that elusive piece of silverware. Get Alcaraz on a free, get rid of Heitinga and his high wages. Get Kone...
Can't really hurt to bring in a young exciting player from the best team in the world, can it? If he's any good, he'll take Pienaar's spot. I didn't rate him for some fairly long spells last season.
Vaughan had bad luck with injuries tbf. I thought he was going to be something special before them all. Moyes liked him too, he could run the channels like a pro.
As for Kone, I'm rather indifferent. He terrorised Heitinga but the latter was proper **** last season. Aside from that and assorted...
Thought he was ****e for a long time but he always gave 100% and on that basis I wish him good luck. Just a shame he is not going to be teaching our squad the art of the chipped pass/cross, his most devastating weapon.
I think he's a good option off the bench and can still improve as a player. I would turn to play him ahead of last years Jelavic too (not that this is any way a positive reinforcement of how good a player he actually is like).
Just a little bump. Was looking for Steve Watson's hat trick and came across this little forgotten gem. Can't even remember it...

I like those badges above. One thing it shows me is just how good the GOT badge is, as they share plenty of similar traits. Perhaps you could point them in the direction of your designer, Mr GOT?! (y)
I know there's a precedent for reverting back to type under the weight of negative opinion but... the board just don't really inspire my confidence to even do that atm! The fact that it has even gotten this far really does make me think, "just how stupid are they?!"
I| really like that badge. Only problem for me is the writing of Everton on the tower, as on a kit it perhaps could be pretty hard to read. I'd still have it as it is above the monstrosity presented by the club though...
I have no problem with a simplified badge. I just happen to think this simplified badge looks ****! Back to the drawing board and actually consult the fans and listen to their feedback.
The club can't ignore such an overwhelming negative response can they?! Probably got tons of merchandise made with that **** on it, such is their ineptitude.
