Got to work on Short Beef Ribs today. Wasn’t bad but a more aggresive sear is needed. Nearly BBQ temps to render the fat before the long braise. Tasty as heck!

Slow cooked braised steak in onions, gravy and veg, steamed savoy and roast potatoes. Went down well.

Lamb vindaloo again. Twice in a week. Didn't really intend to though, the missus ordered it with a birthday gift card she got from our favourite Indian restaurant, unaware I'd had one last Wednesday when I was out. Dunno how she was unaware when...
