Moyes has liked these kind of players throughout his time. Not saying they were perhaps as good as Grealish, but he has had Pienaar, Osman, Arteta etc who all were very good footballers.

I'd imagine at the least Grealish's camp has given encouragement to this in principle as long as his 300k a week gets covered one way or the other.

Just saying, whilst at Roma, which is the only metric we have to judge the type of owners they are and what types of deals they'd sign off on. First full year in charge they made a very "high profile" big money signing on Dybala, they also...
