All Ireland Hurling Semi Final Weekend Today - Cork v Dublin Can we do it again? I am still smarting from 2013 when we were leading Cork by 5 at one stage, then Ryan O Dwyer got a second soft yellow and we were down to 14 for most of the...

Still legally a construction site albeit in Everton's control. Same as having construction done on your own home while still residing there.

Big boost for Derry's GD, beating Waterford 7-2. The other three matches St Pats Bohs Drogheda 1 Galway 0 Shels 3 Cork 1 FT now in these too. Rovers 8 clear of Derry, but Derry have GIH. Rovers' GD is 10 better. Drogs and Bohs 10 behind...

I have a soft spot for the Mackems since watching that magical win over the horrible Revie Leeds team in the Cup Final 1973. 52 years ago and I remember clearly the incredible performance of Jim Montgomery in goal, and Porterfield's winner...

It was an accident, no one was to blame. Sometimes these things just happen. My mum has lost both my dad and my half-brother’s dad to motor vehicle accidents. It’s brutal, it’s heartbreaking, and it hurts like hell. If there’s one thing I’ve...

A possibility, but in reality there are so many factors which we don't have the answers for, so it's nigh on impossible for us to tell without the evidence. It could be over inflation of the tyre, under inflation (in fact, one of the biggest...

Speculation I know, and the main point is that two fine young men have died leaving loved ones who must be distraught. Added to your thoughts, the possibility of debris on the road causing a catastrophic blowout has been in my mind since...

Also the heat. I had to let air out of the MIL's tyres the other day as they were well over recommended due to them being done to near max when it was a whole lot cooler. Long run, high speed (60+), and high temps aren't a good mix at all.
