It wasn’t crap, but it was very functional. Lacking spark. Never expected anything else really. BUT… there was one flourish… just after the goal, when the crowd sang together. Felt full of potential in that moment.

Hill Dickinson will certainly be getting their moneys worth by the looks of it. It looks fine, for what it is. Looking forward to the continuation of the Everton Branding though, and adding blue.

Last season was it 4 home wins out of 19, one of the worst if not the worst return of all time, so a fat lot of good the Goodison atmosphere did us in terms of getting 3 points.

The best way to put it to the test is a last minute winner, under the lights, with that steep rake, limbs everywhere, ending up 16 rows below where you started! 😀 that will be the litmus test, can’t wait for the absolute carnage.
