I just dont think moyes rates him mate. He made that comment when we got him that we were getting a player we didnt particularly want. Even when hes had a good game and interviewer mentions that to moyes, he quickly says something like i thought...

I dont believe charlie lacks work ethic at all..the main difference he brings (charlie) is the ability to raise Beto's game. Doucoure and Beto have very poor first touch and hold up play, so very little quality comes from them playing together...

Wouldnt surprise me if moyes wants to talk doucoure in to a new contract and use the alcaraz funds to get soucek instead. So basically 2 players in their 30's with zero resale value.

Hoping for an alcaraz master class, and cementing the decision to sign him up.

He does have a bit of Dyche about him, but inheriting the same squad of players meant he was the right man for the job. I'll properly judge him next season after he has influenced the players we bring in.
