Do you want Frank Lampard sacked? Yes or No?

Crazy talk of Lampard (and Cole etc) being sacked. They are managing without a forward line, in the Premier League. And a new central core. Can't see any other managers doing better. Its on the players and the board to get in what's needed. the board should be sacked before Lampard...grrr they...

Yeah like this. Getting Iwobi in the box as much as possible is probably the best approach at the moment. Would Have Gray and Gordon though, either side, in and around Iwobi. Onana to step up and get it going like Iwobi has been, along with Garner.

    January Transfer Window 2023

Reckon the main target should be a wide forward/10, at least in terms of money spent. It seems clear this season that we need a creative player, no just in style but in personality and instinct. Players that try to play within the play. If we can get a player like that I think Onana and Garner...

    2022/23 Frank Lampard

Think Gordon's got a lot in the bag, he's just not getting played his best role he can play for the team Just wander if its a case of Gordon going as far as he can go in this team or whether the team is building to incorporate his strengths. could see Frank heading to someting like 343 Iwobi...

Agree, 20m is nonsensical but did Lampard negotiate that price.

    2022/23 Frank Lampard

Reckon he did well with Garner, Onana, and Gana, if that meant Maupay and McNeil then so be it. Its what comes next, if the club is serious we'll get quality wide forwards and a 9.

    2022/23 Frank Lampard

Onana's a good signing, long way to go The other two he got what he could. McNeil was always cover not a target, and would reckon he has a good squad head on him, to be understandable for where things were at.

    2022/23 James Garner

Gana cant direct play and Onana doesn't know where he is yet. Iwobi needs a linker and passer to all his running around I'd start with Iwobi, Garner, Doucoure against Bourmouth and bring Gana on with Garner switiching into Doucs posiiton. Onana needs a watch on the bench.

    2022/23 Frank Lampard

Players at fault today, not the manager, he can't pass the ball for them, he can't make Gray not be the guy that breaks down every play that gets to him, would be dreadful stats, for quite a while now, where Gray does not get the ball to anyone else or a shot on target, let alone threatening...

Of the front 6 for me, only Iwobi and Garner are envisioned as being there when we win a cup/title Hope for Onana and Gordon, but Gray, Maupay, McNeil, need to be replace by the likes of what we've seen in the last couple of games, from clubs like Fulham and Leceister. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is at the point of...

In recruitment we should aim for Iwobi's to be the weakest of the front 6 passers/strikers, he's allowed that pass for everything he does.

COYB! Looking forward to seeing if Frank can sort Gordon's role out, get the best out of him find a way for Onana to get in on goal and give Garner more game time. while continuing to marvel in awe at The Predator that is Iwobi!

    2022/23 James Tarkowski

The defensive lining he does is top class. Especially when its compressed, crowded, ie the lateral, diagonal cover amongst all the moving parts Daylight between him and Keane.

If Willian plays like that for Everton it's 0-3. Gray not good enough and Gordon not in a wide forward role.
