While I'm blaming Dyche for lack of progress it's clear there something lacking at the core of Onana's attention and as such, the core of his character (as dr. iain mcgilchrist says - attending to is a moral act)
Bit harsh. Onana needs the right coach and discipline, think he could make and exceptional 6. Idrissa continues to do a decent job, it all about the players around him that make him a virtue, as they are for him.
Sure the depth is a problem but if you take Onana and Idrissa out it, would be for most teams
I don't see a problem with Douc as CM and Gomes at 10 for this match, the problem is Dyche's inflexibility in tactics and lack of rotation, and subtext of lack of faith in all the players to do anything...
That midfield is a real concern not just for this match but also for the next games if luck isn't on our side which it clearly isn't.
The problem arises from Dyche's stubbornness and inflexibility and the rolebof the 10.
Gomes can't play a full match in this 10 role so he's likely to play CM...
The longer this season goes on (when will it be over) the more I'm looking at Thelwell, Dyche and whoever else is making footballing decisions.
Is Dyche going to give proper playing time and progress to any younger players brought in.
When is this club going to shake off the higher price paid...
Branthwaite can't be allowed to leave.
1. Without Tarks and him this season we'd be relegated, even without the points deduction.
2. Can anyone trust the shower upstairs to replace him.
3. We'd likely be left with Dyche seeing a new signing competing with Keane, Godfrey and Holgate for that spot...
When's he going to give Dobbin a chance?
If its that's Dobbin's not ready or that Dyche doesn't think he can play Dycheball that still on Dyche. He's had time to get him there.
