I remember John Paul Kissock slightly; was he from Scotland?

My first game in 1968 - a 4-0 win over WBA - that included a hat trick by Alan Ball and a great goal by Colin Harvey. Obviously, I had only ever seen football on black and white TV, so the colours just hit me.

I rewatched the Golden Vision last night and noticed that he received one of his two career bookings in the game vs Arsenal away. Does anybody know when he got the other one?
