I'd agree the away fans would be, if seated, but this is safe standing so there shouldn't be any of the playing surface obstructed...but need confirmation and so far have not seen or heard any complaints. Of all the things Brighton seem to have moaned about, obstructed views wasn't one of them...

I posted this picture ages ago. Again, not seen or heard anyone complaining of obstructed views. The comments on here were all about how the wall would block the view. I spoke to the woman who took that picture and she confirmed the view wasn't obstructed.

There are two options for season tickets, QR code and NFC. However, i think the QR code changes periodically so you would need a screenshot of it just prior to entering to be sure.

Sandon Dock wasn't inside the WHS or Conservation Area Boundary. It was in the 'buffer zone' but with it being a significant infrastructure requirement, it would have been viewed differently in planning terms than a private commercial development.
